  • Sports Massage

    These sessions will be tailored to your goals, whether you are preparing for your first event or your fiftieth; a powerlifter, or a Pelotoner; a college athlete, or just trying to stay fit and be active! These massages will include some movement and stretching, as well as traditional techniques to increase blood flow, decrease soreness and improve flexibility. Massage is one of the most important self care treatments you can add to your routine.

  • Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage

    The body goes through so many incredible changes during pregnancy and the postpartum period and these sessions are adapted to serve the needs of the child-bearing person, whatever they may be. This can include simple relaxation and stress-relief, deep tissue to address pain and tension, as well as techniques to reduce swelling; all intended to increase comfort, prepare the body for birth, and aid in recovery postpartum.

  • Stress Relief Massage

    Stress will always be part of our lives, and how we respond to our stress can determine how it affects our physical well-being. These massage sessions are intended to soothe not only your muscle tension, but also your psyche; activating the “rest and digest” part of your nervous system. We will use a blend of swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, always working with your comfort in mind, to reduce anxiety, become more body-aware and improve sleep.
